Got the car back - SO states "recovererd fault from 02 sensor coasting 2C2D. Ran test plan, states fault could be from injectors, Bank 2 injectors have already been replaced. Ran test plan and retrieved Diag Code D1350-00000000-01-001 - to replace faulty injectors. Replaced all Bank 1 injectors with 'upgraded' injectors. Calibrated injectors, reset adaptations and erased faults, test drive."

Car now idles fine after cold start, seems to run fine/smooth, no noticeable black soot yet on rear bumper. So far so good.
