In order to install USB connector on E70 for the CIC you will be required to order new part - internal glove box compartment. It is not super expensive but still cost money.
Wjile my retrofit has been done I was warned by the installers that I will need that part too. I went a bit different rount and installed the USB connector in the original non-cic glove box compartment.
