2009 X6 same problem
I started having this issue when my 09 had 12000 miles. At first I was told that I wasn't driving it far enough, then there was a relay or a connection that wasn't functioning properly, then there was a recall on one of the fittings, blah blah blah. Finally, the electrical system totally crashed and went haywire. After 90 days in the shop, BMW bought it back from me. I am terrible sad about the whole affair. I LOVED that car! Hope your issues get resolved.
