Fully loaded is not smart in my opinion. The rear seat entertainment should be avoided.
Fully loaded is something people like to say, I would make a choice on the options you need/want and save your money on the ones you do not need or want.
I think the gas guzzler tax comes into play when the mileage is lower than what these cars can get.
