As for the vorsteiner spoiler, I did use 4-5 of the provided screws to screw in the bottom especially where the tabs did not align with the existing screws.
As for the rims, they are BMW OEM style 215 rims. They come as either gloss black or ferric grey. The OEMs are quite pricey but replica rims are available at a much more reasonable cost. Just look for them on ebay.
