Hi from the UK

I have had my 2011 X5 3.0D for over a year now, I'm starting to mod it. I feel, as it's over 10 years old now it could do with new shocks etc but also want to lower.

It's got the rear air sus so am limited in what I can have. I think I'm pretty set on the H&R 1.2" springs but what shocks can I choose? I don't want anything to hard, it's pretty firm as standard but also wouldn't mind it handling a bit better.
