Many people indicated that they did feel a loss in torque at lower RPM. Many others who loved the mod argued otherwise.
I thought maybe it was one of those psychological thing. You know, when the noise is louder, you tend to step on the gas pedal a bit less (to sync your old driving habit). But yes, personally, I did feel a bit of drop in torque.
