Check the rear doors. If there's two speakers on each door close to each other, one smaller than the other one, you have the better sound system. If there's only one speaker/door, it's the base system.
I don't think I ever saw one of these cars without the sunroof or leather seats. It's pretty rare to find one without heated front seats, but you should always check either via a VIN decoder or a picture of the center console. The seat heater buttons are next to the climate control, if they're blank then it doesn't have heated seats.
