3-4hrs for a first timer. Just don't make the mistake I did of ordering the turbo inlet gaskets separately AND the PCV lines as the gaskets were included with the lines, so now I've got an extra set if anyone is interested. Just order parts #1 & #8, I made the mistake of ordering #2 as well. I ordered everything from a BMW dealerships eBay store, I believe it was in Atlanta.
