It will fit, there are a couple of options:
(i) close the original exhaust openings with mesh / grill and use your original bumper cover. The dual exhaust pipes will fit snugly just like the M
(ii) you buy a new / used X6M bumber cover and fit these , note you dont have to replace the entire bumper, just the bumper cover. Your rear end will look exactly like an M
