I'm not sure any BMW including an M is exclusive anymore. Free money makes them easy to lease or purchase. E70s are a dime a dozen and almost everyone has a 3.5 instead of at least a 5.0. The X6 benefits from being lower production but there are still quite a few X6 3.5s in the market. A loaded X6M stickers in the $102-$105 range. At least the ones I drove did an frankly not that impressed. They may have been set to granny mode by the dealer to avoid abuse during test drives. This will meet the need until the new X5/X6 comes out then I'll probably trade my F01 750i for something a little more aggressive like an X5M. I hope they push the envelop on the next generation. The current X5 doesn't look that much different than the first generation I owned years ago. To each his/own preferences. That's the great thing about BMW, lots of choices! Have owned everything from RR sport SC to Cayenne Turbo and the BMWs are just a lot more fun and/or are more reliable.
