i solved my tailgate creak by removing bottom tailgate plastic cover, removing the metal casing that holds the catch mechanism(motor) that pulls the upper tailgate shut and pushing the catch inwards a few mm and tightening everything up. i wrap every single metal latch including those that hold the back seats with heavy duty duct tape since i dont have felt tape. silence at last and only creak during body flex. i have sensitive ears and i think all the noise problems that the e70 have can be solved! good luck!
