Thank you for the list Doug_999. May I suggest you post this in a new thread or perhaps as a sticky.
Will not get into search mode (including in this very forum) to prove that now archived threads have posted pdfs or spy pics ahead of an "official" release date; this is why the car forums exist. Furthermore, it already is "official" once one can pre-order. It is a subjective discussion that comes from one's knowledge and relationship with one's dealer, and thus being privvy to it.
But alas, I will not be returning to this thread, as it has taken an unnecessary and dour turn.
