have the same issue with 335d (which I believe uses the same engine/trans combo). the only thing that helped was to replace the transmission filter and fluid. by helped what I mean is that it doesn't feel like someone just rear ended up during the 2-> 3 shift. be prepared for sticker shock if you take it to the dealer for this service...
