M Sport doesn't add any suspension upgrades, or performance…it's all cosmetic. 2011 M Sports included adaptive drive which is a suspension upgrade, but 2012 & 2013 M Sports did not come with Adaptive drive as part of the M Sport package (still available as a separate option).
