i`ve cut them, and weld empty pipe in their places as if they were never there, just a pipe from the catalitic-converter all the way back to the final exhaust.
It`s not hard to do it, it takes about 40min. First find out what diameter does your exhaust pipe has (mine has 63mm), then cut the mid resonators, and weld pipe in their places. Good luck man.
