Yes & don't touch the brake pedal. Here's another version of the instructions I found online. I had the vent line recall after which the truck was sluggish & not as powerful it seemed. Doing this has cured the problem.

1. Key in slot, do not touch brake pedal
2. Still not touching brake pedal, hit start button
3. Floor throttle pedal for a good 30 seconds (used my phone stopwatch, it's longer than you think)
4. Still not touching brake pedal, hit start button again
5. Wait 30 seconds, I waited longer actually
6. Start the car normally
