BMW took2nd last season Chevrolet Corvette took first and always has had biggest motor biggest tires, turbo vs N/A motor and regulations.

Porsche took 5th last year.

I am sure they weight the same, a little over 2,700 lbs.
BMW puts a lot of effort into Motorsports.
I think they have a realistic chance of winning. Throttle restrictors to try and level the playing field is the politics.
The BMW turbo motor isn’t going to lose as much HP and torque at higher altitude tracks.

Daytona next week is the first race of the new season. Think positive.
My track is lime rock in CT. Already got tickets for this year race in July. The track is tight. Here it is the p-car territory. But yeah good luck to BMW, we love them.
