When I asked my dealer to confirm the build options (in response to your query), they simply went into the BMW production system and printed out the build list and emailed it back to me.

Yes my dealer did do a check, and they said it was on the production build sheet, so they can only confirm it was ordered with 5DK. Not sure how to check that they in fact built it that way. But if you see the same thing on the BMW site, most likely its a problem with the site.
