I will go with Lux Angel Eyes V4, most popular brand in the market, great results (had V3's before a retrofitted my car to OEM LED's)
Here a good tip, during daylight driving, put the light's switch to Off position, don't use the Auto option), the rings will get a more intense light and will look much brighter during daylight.
