My advice to the haters is to reserve judgment until we have some road tests. If BMW M indeed made two big fat SUVs that are slow and don't handle, then flame all the hell you want. But IMO, as much as people may not agree with the form an M is taking, I think BMW just bred some physics defying Monsters. These SUVs probably go around the 'ring faster than M5/6, or maybe even the M3.
M stands for Monster.
