You need to pull and drain the radiator to change the drive belt.
A new belt costs about $30 and another $40 in coolant and could probably be changed in an hour and a half to 2 hours ... really isn't difficult at all to do other than the tensioner pulley has some really insane tension.
$572 is crazy for just a belt replacement
