Bottom line is when you drop the ride with only a spring - you are keeping the factory shocks which are now not designed to match up to the increased spring coil tension which leads to a stiffer ride.

The HR springs come in 2 drop sizes.

The more aggressive drop absolutely sucks arse. Massive bounce and too stiff

The less aggressive drop is ok - but still stiffer than stock.

I tried both and was unsatisfied.

I went with KW v3 as the other poster has done, and it's as comfy, more than stock and you can play with the ride height infinitely.

You can also adjust the dampening and rebound to be as stiff as hell or buttery smooth.

Bottom line is if you have a $100k truck don't cheap out some $200 springs.

This beast has evolved and is track ready with the KW v3.

Kinda like sex with a condom. Not bad until you take the latex off.
