Replaced the ecm, alternator, fuel pump, injector, battery. According to BMW is should be ok now, so all i can say that after several emails to the ceo of bmw na. They took care of the vehicle ( engineers, sqe's and the vehicle sent to the plant) . I hope nothing goes wrong anymore
