So I received the TCU that I ordered from Ebay and installed if about an hour ago. Works like a charm. Bluetooth works great, was able to pair my phone and every time I turn the car on my phone re-connects automatically.
So considering the TCU I purchased on Ebay (used) was only $59 and the dealer quoted me $1060 ($500 for a new TCU and $560 for labor / programming) I saved $1000. Couldn't be happier right now!
