If you need rivets you can find them on ebay as well 25 rivets go for under $10.
You also have to realize when you're doing the installation that there are 2 different types of rivets. The ones smaller in diameter are for the front. Also when installing the rivets you might have to perform the pulling operation with the tool more than once. Keep doing it until the tool pulls out the stem, do not break it off by hand.
