My online status just went to "In Production" and I can see my options. I'm seeing the same thing online as you: Everything is listed EXCEPT the sideview camera option. Maybe we should take comfort in numbers and the online status is just not displaying that option. I'll ask my dealer shake the tree and find out why that particular option is NOT showing up...
