On my second X5. The first being a 2011 and this one a 2013. Other than the 2011 scheduling an appointment for service once (curious if anyone else had this experience) that no one at the dealer could explain what it was that they did or why the car needed servicing the experience was trouble free. And I've had this one since August with no issues whatsoever.
