Thanks Doug. I barely felt a difference between the M performance package and standard X5. Not worth the $1600 IMO.
Why does BMW have to be so stingy with power? I would get the M performance if I got another 30 hp and 60 ft-lb of torque. At least you could probably feel a substantial difference with that kind of increase. And you won't be getting into the V8 territory so BMW don't have to worry about 50i sales.
