I have an ESS "tune" on my 2014 X6 5.0 and I love it.
I also have a meistershaft EV exhaust (quad powder black tips, and wireless key fob thingy to silence it - if I feel so inclined, and I never do); If you go down this road get an X-pipe installed. I had a custom one fabbed, prior to the fab I was about to remove it - it had the most horrible left/right bank popping sound, now it just sounds fantastic, makes me smile every time I stomp the loud pedal.
