I bought this but it turns out I need harness type A, and I inadvertently bought type B.
This will work on the 2012-2013 X5/X6 50i and the 2010-2013 X5M/X6M models (M models requires a separate $35 USB cable). It's a mild tune, which is equivalent to the M Performance package on the 2013+ models.
