I am now pretty good in keeping the valve open using a zip tie every once in a while. I actually feel like car runs just a little bit better with it open.
I think I know where the people who said they lost low end torque are coming from, it's just because the exhaust sound is louder they feel like they are not going as fast as exhaust sounds. Turn up the music and you will see the car is actually running better!
