Last dealer service I had (under maintenance plan) included an oil and filter change. Pop the hood and they didn't bother with swapping out the filter. No indication they even touched the housing cap. Needless to say I had a nice conversation with the Service Manager and apparently on paperwork as VIP now. I've got a feeling it has a very different meaning.
