I used AT-205 with great success on my 4.8is. Absolutely no smoking for 40k miles after it started, and it was bad at times. On my X5M, I also had white smoke, but on deceleration, not idle/rev. I replaced my turbo intake pipes and no more smoke. It also runs smoother at part throttle.
