I'm unsure what the weather is like down there in Austin for a DIY fix, but I'd be happy to work with you guys here on the forum before you yield to the dealership spending big bucks. No need to add insult to CPO injury by giving them more money. If interested, get the part number from the SA or Google/eBay it to find a cheapo. I'd imagine removing the door panel (card) shouldn't be too hard, again, weather permitting. While I'm not experiencing this problem, I'd have to wait until Spring to do it here, as the temperature here is about to take a dump again...
