I don't really plan to mod my X5M in any meaningful way. Sac relig right? We'll I own an Information Technology company and believe it our not this is my work "truck". I do a lot of campus Wi-Fi networks for hotels, apartment complex's, marina's, city parks etc. So I wanted a secured, weather proof storage for job sites.
So yes, this vehicle is driven off road, in mud, gravel and construction sites and is used as a tow vehicle for bucket lifts/scissor lifts and my travel trailer.
Why did I get this instead of a pick-up? It was, better riding, more secure storage, better impression with perspective clients, and I like to drive. Its also a way better tow vehicle than any 1/2 ton pickup I've tried. It does spend most of its life in my company storage, so its low mileage it has 45K miles. I daily drive an 2011 335D that is modified ;-)
