I'm new to the X5. After a year+ of window shopping, last month I found this one listed locally, and it checked all of my boxes, so I had to take it home.
Not wanting another black car, Alpine or MCB were my first color choices. Also on my list were mileage (28k), CPO, leather dash and full LED lighting. It's pretty well loaded with the exception of the rear seat entertainment (the kid already has so many electronic entertainment devices, it's not missed).
Mods. Pre-purchase, I thought that I could leave it stock and just drive it, as this will be my new daily (replacing a Dinan E39 540). I've since given up on that idea, but the modifications (for now) will likely remain aesthetic.
