Jamanta - Rent or borrow one from a shop or Pep boys or somewhere and tighten them up correctly. Applying the right torque is the proper way to do it and when it comes to wheels and spacers why risk it?

If you OVER TORQUE your lugs you stand a chance to warp the rotors or damage your aluminum wheels. Remember that you cannot gauge how much TORQUE you applied to one lug let alone 20 of them. If you have an uneven TORQUE range it might no seat evenly on the hub and cause a slight vibration or warping of your rotors during hard braking, etc.
