Finally after complaining FIVE times about this issue, I have been told that my battery has been replaced. The old battery did not have any error codes and pasted the load test however when they tested it after a few hours it was confirmed that the battery was dropping its charge much faster than it should for no reason.
Hopefully the new battery is the last of this problem. The "you aren't driving enough" excuse really got on my nerves and I told them it's completely bullshit, if I wanted a car I had to trickle charge all the time I would have bought a Chevy Volt.
