Definitely love CA though, but it should be accessible from all 4 doors AND the trunk/liftgate as well.

I've noticed what you mentioned about the CA door handles as well, but I think it might have something to do with the model series. Our 2012 X3 only had CA on the two front doors as well, similar to our 2014 328d. Our 2010 X5 however has them on all 4 doors, a nice surprise that I didn't notice until after we purchased. That being said, I'm wondering if it has something to do with the 3/X3 models verses the 5/X5 models... Then again, I do remember our 328 had the proximity 'kick' switch on the trunk.. No telling...

Also, side-view cameras mounted above the front reflectors indicate Technology Package on 2012 and 2013 models (side-view was a stand alone option on 2011's).

Honestly though, you should run the VIN if you can. You can do it on your phone in just a few seconds.

Also, what do you mean by 'standard' audio - S645 or S676? There were 3 audio options.

One other thing to consider is the silver speaker trim rings like some have. Not sure if the premium sound got that, but we have "Individual Sound" and it has the silver speaker trim rings... Just something else to add/look for.
