The turn 15 grandstands are probably the best viewing spot but very $$$$$$!!! You can see a great section of track from there.
If you are going, I'd suggest trying to find a room now! Hotel rooms will sell out in the immediate area. I stayed about 30 minutes from the track.
Be sure to check out 6th St. downtown as well as some of the BBQ spots! The Salt Lick is one of my personal favorites! They have a couple of locations. Stubbs is another good option!
