A bunch of posts on here about that problem. I have the same BS and have been told by the kind people @ Bmw that it's just the compound of the brakes. It goes away if you speed up to around 80km/hr and slam the brakes VERY hard.
I plan on solving this issue in the future by buying a car from a manufacturer that winter tests their vehicles
