Before you flashed it, did Video work with your iphone4? I don't get video out of mine even with it stopped, engine on or off. There's no 'videos' selection. Also, even though I have music videos on my phone, and there is a music videos listing in the playlists on the car, it shows [0] entries.
I have bmwapps + media adapter.
