The problem is Lux's "blending" of the blue LED's to try to scale to different hue is really turning on a blue LED with the white for offset. All it really does is make you look like you have blue LEDs within the white halo. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have not purchased them. I don't want people to see a "blue" LED within the white halos, so their blending is gimicky. The plain 5000K is barely above the old OEM "yellows" from before, but I guess their LEDs at least. I saw the 160's and they are exactly what's needed. Kudo's to Lux on that at least!
