I have Invisihitch on both of our X5's. Superior product for towing compared to BMW's own design IMO. I used to have the Curt on our 2010, but didn't like it sticking out plus it is rated lower towing weight (6,000 lbs vs 7,700 lbs) compared to Invisihitch.
