Guys,

I am looking at buying an X5 for my wife. Is it better to buy a new diesel with the credits and rebates or to buy a preowned v8? Also, on the V8, if certified, how much mileage is too much mileage? I'm asking because I'm kind of surprised by the pricing. I saw a 2008 4.8 with everything with 38,000 miles and the price is in the $50s certified.
