go drive whatever cayenne you are thinking about buying then go drive whatever X6 you are thinking about buying. Would be a much better approach then comparing tech specs and speculating on what BMW or Porsche might do in the future.
I might like an M3 to do a few twisties or take to the track, wouldn't want to drive on long trips. Either your a badge guy or a car guy, for a car guy it's about how it feels not what emblem is on the hood.
