Neither. They are off an F8x M3/4. They are not as beefy as the F10 M5 brakes but will be a huge upgrade over stock, and I can definitely still clear 19s. The F8xs came factory with 19. The F10 came with 20s, but I
believe folks have put 19s on them as well.
