If others have done it and they clear the bigger X5M brakes then its definitely an option. I believe they are meant for 255 width tires which may look narrow on an X5M.
If youre fine with that I think you would need hub adapters at the very least though, something like the item below. They make adapters that are spacers also (more expensive), and you will likely want spacers to fill out the wheel well a little better. Hopefully someone with more experience than me on the matter will chime in.
I'd also talk with ECS or another vendor to make sure youre getting the right parts also.
