Well, I got a confusing explaination today from my SA. It is not the starter and is also not the fuel pump. Apparently there is a engine priming pump that they think is the problem and to replace it would cost $1750. I decided to continue to deal with the slow cold starts for now as I am not convinced what the problem really is.
